These terms cover your use of the Legafo app and this website. Using either means you accept them.

Who you are dealing with

Legafo is operated by Arkadii Kavun, Koh Samui, Surat Thani, Thailand. This product is not offered for sale or supply within Thailand. Write to support@legafo.com. Purchases are sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as merchant of record and has its own buyer terms covering the transaction itself.

What Legafo is

Legafo is software. It gives you buttons that you name and fill with context of your own choosing, and an assistant that works from that context to answer questions, explain material and prepare drafts. What you apply it to is entirely your decision.

The assistant is built on AI models. Every reply is labelled so you can see what it is: finished work, a draft awaiting your review, material handed to you to take further, or a request for detail. Anything labelled as a draft is exactly that, and is not to be relied on until you have checked it yourself.

What Legafo is not

Legafo does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax or any other professional advice, and it does not act on your behalf or deal with anyone for you. Nothing it produces is a substitute for a qualified professional, and no output should be treated as a decision.

AI models make mistakes, including confident ones. Checking what matters before you act on it is your responsibility, and the labels exist to make that easy rather than to shift the burden.

Your account and your material

You need an account to hold a subscription. Keep your credentials to yourself; anything done through your account is treated as done by you.

What you write and store stays on your device, and it belongs to you. We claim no rights over it and cannot read it. The other side of that is that we cannot restore it: if you clear your browser data or lose the device, it is gone, and keeping your own copy of anything important is on you.

You decide what goes into a button, including anything concerning other people, and you are responsible for having grounds to put it there.

How you may use it

Use Legafo for anything lawful. Do not use it to break the law, to harm or harass anyone, to produce material that abuses or endangers children, to impersonate someone, or to attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend an account that is being used this way.

Payment, renewal and cancellation

A plan lasts 30 days, or until its allowance is used up, whichever comes first. The amount you pay determines how much assistant work it covers; the app shows what is left as an indicator rather than a number, and a larger plan covers more.

When a plan ends, the assistant stops. It is never switched to a weaker model without telling you. Anything left of the allowance is written off at that point: it does not carry over and is not money held on your behalf.

Auto-renewal is off unless you switch it on. With it off, a plan simply ends and nothing further is charged; you buy again yourself if you want to carry on, and a fresh 30 days begins from zero. Refunds are covered by the refund policy.

Prices are in US dollars. Paddle adds any tax due in your country and shows the total before you pay.

Availability and changes

Legafo is provided as it is. We work to keep it running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of faults, and it depends on services we do not control, including the AI provider.

Features may change. If we change prices or reduce what a plan covers, we say so before it takes effect and you can cancel before being charged at the new terms.

We may end an account that breaks these terms. You may stop using Legafo whenever you like; your material stays on your device either way.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected with Legafo is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and consumer rights you have under the law of your own country are unaffected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Thailand. This product is not offered for sale or supply within Thailand. If you buy as a consumer elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory rules where you live.
