Refund policy

Fourteen days to change your mind, cancellation whenever you like, and no conditions we invented ourselves.

Last updated: 1 September 2026.

Fourteen days

You can ask for a refund within fourteen days of a payment. This applies to a first subscription payment as well as to any one-off purchase.

Purchases are sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd as merchant of record, and Paddle handles refunds. Writing to support@legafo.com works too, and we pass the request on.

Stopping renewal

Auto-renewal is off unless you switch it on, so by default nothing renews and nothing is charged twice. If you did switch it on, switching it back off is a control in the app, not a request you have to send us. The plan keeps working until it ends, and you are not charged again. There is no refund for the remainder of a plan that is already running.

Stopping renewal changes nothing on your device. Everything you have written and stored stays where it is.

The allowance

The allowance belongs to the 30 days of the plan it came with. It is not a balance and not money held for you: whatever is left when the plan ends is written off, does not carry over, and cannot be paid out. An unused allowance is therefore not something we refund separately.

If something is wrong

If Legafo is not working as described, tell us before the fourteen days are out and we will either fix it or refund you. If a payment looks wrong to you, write and we will look at it.

support@legafo.com — telling us the email address used for the purchase and roughly when it was made is enough.
